Every year, St. Clair County Parks and Recreation Commission hosts the annual Trek the Trestle Walk on the Wadhams to Avoca Trail. The trestle walk coincides with the big Labor Day walk that takes place every year on the Mackinac Bridge. As part of the event, participants cross the 640 ft. Mill Creek trestle, the longest bridge of its kind in the State of Michigan.

Join us as we walk from the Avoca trailhead, across the trestle (for an exhilarating view!) to the Imlay City trailhead and back (5 miles in total)
